Sunday Scale
Ok I worked my butt off this past week and myplated all my meals and drank 8 glasses of water everyday… With a mix of high Interval Cardio and Weight Training… Here are the results…
SW: 205 lbs
PW: 206 lbs
CW: 204.4 lbs
WL: 1.6 lbs
Okay… I’ll take it!! lol but next week I’m pushing for a higher number :)
