Lunch Workout Review : BEST ONE yet!
I had a blast so much so that I had to post about it during work hours.. so I’m going to write this quickly! lol
Review
Treadmill : 22min Distance: 1.37 Miles
Interval : walking @ 8% incline @ 3.2 mph
Running: @ 2% incline @5.5 mph
Ended it with some light stretching :)
* I was most def. sweating bullets on this one and LOVED every minute of it!!
EXTRA : Will be doing my Last chance workout DVD when I get home since tomorrow is my Saturday Scale day.. Moment of truth eek! O_o ( I don’t think I lost much but I have to do it to stay on track right? )
