Pre-Workout Snack: Warmth and Berries

5pm Gym Time is just around the corner.. So to make sure my belly doesn’t start talking to me during that long run on the treadmill I’ve decided to put together the following…
- 1/2 cup of Steel Cut Oatmeal cooked w/ Raisins and topped with Blueberries and cinnamon (NOT only a breakfast food! )
* This will keep my knees from wobbling out from under me due to insane hunger and will also help me push through some weight training! :)
