HAPPY FEBRUARY! … Time for a few goals ;)

Just going to jot down a few for this month that I think I can really work on… In hopes to better my health and just overall living! :)
GOALS
- Less coffee on weekdays
- Eating out once a week (My friends are really great at convincing me otherwise)
- Bringing Breakfast, Lunch and all three snacks with me everyday to work! ( The results in my bank account and pants size were amazinnggg)
- No pastries.. I dont care how flaky the crust looks lol
- No Carb/sugar rich foods after 6pm ( Of course I’m really pushing to cut these foods out all together but for now I’d like to minimize my intake. )
- Staying active during the weekends no more lounging.. lounging won’t get me in that bikini by the time my August Aruba Vacation arrives!
- Cut out foods with too much artificial flavorings.. ( to specify.. bye bye chinese food :( .. oh well.. i’ll live lol )
* Ok well these are the goals I’m setting for myself this month! I’d love to see all of yours on my Dashboard today. It’s a sleet/rain kind of day in NY so I’ll be heading to ZUMBA right after work!
