IM BACK! Sort of….For all/any of you tumblr’s who were really following me and my weight-loss journey I do apologize…Something came up and I sort of gave up on myself for some time but Im proud to say Im back on the wagon and ready to stick to it this time I’ve found an amazing way to live actually introduced by one of you amazing Tumblrs on here and Have decided to continue Blogging but on a different blog..I would love to have all you amazing follower’s follow me on my new blog seeing as all of you really truly inspired me before and still do to this day. Brought the boy along for his first class…. he received a DnF for his first crossfit WOD and found his head in the toilet while our trainer proceeded to use him as an example…haha HIGHLY entertaining ^_^

I’ve recently hit a place where my fitness and tumblr are no longer interesting to me….Ive been following you since the very beginning of your journey and have told all my friends how amazing your transformation has been in such a short time! After reading your Crossfit article yesterday regarding your year and a half mark with CF training I have been motivated to sign up at the box where I live and see if I too can have a great journey with Crossfit…without you I couldnt / wuldnt have done it so Thank You…Thank you so much! :)

My Zumba instructor was absent today and our substitute instructor hailed from crazyTown!! Honestly nothing was organized and we did more body shimmys than chiquita banana not to mention she turned all lights off and kept shouting FREESTYLE!!!….10 yr olds would love her class..I and a few others left b4 finishing the last 15min.
Hopefully Tomorrow’s less cooky!
