Mandy why are you acting like such a B*#$% ?
I haven’t done intense cardio in some time now and although the holidays have been around..Ive been the most stressed I can be! I’m breaking out on my cheeks im having meltdowns at my parents…all in all I’m a ticking time bomb.
To fix that? …Gym after work!

No working out today..this blizzard was far worse than expected and honestly walking is a task in itself…
Bright side? ..I attempted speed walking during my lunch break yesterday! Broke a sweat n burned some major calories! :D
What's going on this winter?!
Although I haven’t been pounding it out in the stamina/endurance part of my get fit routines…I noticed that this fall/winter my lungs have been a whole lot weaker and tighter after only walking 3 flights of stairs…im hoping it’s just from the cold air…we sha’ll see…

The most stressful of situations… the DMV.
I’ll be needing to de-stress later this evening after work so I’ve decided to lug around my gym bag to the DMV and than head to work to start the slowest week of the year!! All my clients have gone away for xmas. It’s truly brutal sitting in an office for 8 hrs pressing the refresh button on my e-mail … lol
