My favourite meal of the day, the one I look forward to the most, is breakfast. Why you ask? It’s the only time of the day I eat carbs. A piece of fruit, cereal (my own concoction of rice puffs, cinnamon and 1tsp of demerara sugar) and tea.

OMG GUYS!! what to do...? :-(
It seems like I always get into a slump at some point during the week of staying on track and exercising… I miss one day at the gym and next thing you know I miss one whole week! How do I stay on track.. whats a good way to gain my focus again? Any suggestions? I’d love to know how some of you keep your head in the game and keep going strong!

THE GYM...
I’m def. one of those people who rather play an outdoor sport rather than go to the gym everyday and become this robot for an hour… but when it comes down to it the gym is the place to be for those looking to lose weight successfully… I’ve been a member of all types of gym’s…

I have been going to the gym regularly and keeping my food journal.. it’s amazing what you won’t put in your mouth if you know you have to see it written on paper later :P
