I know I wanted something fresh today and packed with protein since my gym class was going to use up all of my reserved energy.. So here’s what I prepared at home….

Ok I worked my butt off this past week and myplated all my meals and drank 8 glasses of water everyday… With a mix of high Interval Cardio and Weight Training… Here are the results…
SW: 205 lbs
PW: 206 lbs
CW: 204.4 lbs
WL: 1.6 lbs
Okay… I’ll take it!! lol but next week I’m pushing for a higher number :)

Lunch Workout Review : BEST ONE yet!
I had a blast so much so that I had to post about it during work hours.. so I’m going to write this quickly! lol
Review
Treadmill : 22min Distance: 1.37 Miles
Interval : walking @ 8% incline @ 3.2 mph
Running: @ 2% incline @5.5 mph
Ended it with some light stretching :)

Suggestion of the Day: Try it in the AM
For those of you who have never tried working out in the early AM I suggest giving it a shot! …I know for me when I’m hitting those cardio machines trying to get my big burn in the PM hours all I keep wondering is…”Are my 20mins up yet?” BUT in the AM I feel like I’m coming to life and ready to conquer my desk job :D
*So give it a try just a little suggestion...

Jump Starting the week with...

REVIEW: The Biggest Loser: Last Chance Workout DVD

So.. I popped in the DVD and clicked on the weekly schedule option.. which is basically a workout routine for everyday (Mon-Sat)..
